American Filling Company is a new contract manufacturer for private label protein, capsule, and powder supplements. We are currently in pre-production and reserving manufacturing slots for our first cohort of brand partners.
Once production begins, we'll handle the parts of the process most brands don't want to manage themselves — from formulation through finished, labeled product.
Start from one of our stock formulas or bring your own spec. We'll review for manufacturability before you commit to a run.
Auger and capsule-fill lines designed to hold tight weight tolerances across protein, pre-workout, and daily-supplement formats.
Tamper-evident capping and induction sealing planned as standard on every run — not an upcharge.
Your artwork, applied in-line. We'll flag anything that may not meet labeling requirements before it ships.
Every run will be logged with batch records and lot coding, so your product is traceable from raw material to finished case.
Designed from day one to work with brands placing a first order, not only those reordering at scale.
The same process every time, once production begins — so you know what to expect before you place your first order.
Tell us your product format, target dose, and order volume.
We confirm manufacturability and return a firm quote.
You sign off on a physical sample before full production.
Fill, cap, and label completed in a single scheduled run.
Weight, seal, and label checks logged against batch records.
Cased and palletized, ready for your fulfillment partner.
If your product fits one of these formats, we can likely run it. Don't see yours — ask us.
Whey, casein, and plant-based blends, flavored or unflavored.
Gelatin or vegetable shells, sized to your active ingredient load.
Cost-effective, long shelf life, suited to high-volume reorders.
Creatine, pre-workout, and electrolyte blends filled to any bottle or pouch size.
Auger fill and capping equipment of the type being sourced for our Virginia line — precision-built for tight weight tolerances at small-batch volume.

American Filling Company is not yet manufacturing. The items below are part of our build-out plan ahead of accepting production runs, not active certifications.
Required under 21 CFR Part 1, Subpart H, for all U.S. dietary supplement manufacturing sites. Registration will be completed prior to our first production run.
We are building our production and documentation procedures to current Good Manufacturing Practice standards (21 CFR Part 111) ahead of launch.
Weight, seal, and label verification procedures are being designed into the production process from day one, not added later.
We will not accept or ship a production run before facility registration and core quality procedures are in place. Reserving a spot today does not require any certification to already exist — it secures your place in our early production schedule.
We are not yet manufacturing. Submitting this form reserves your place in our early production schedule and lets us plan capacity around real demand — it is not a binding order.
Not yet. American Filling Company is in pre-production, building out our Virginia facility and completing the registrations required before we can run product. Reserving a spot today secures your place in our early production schedule once we open.
Our planned minimum is 144 units for custom formulations using stock bases, in line with standard practice among small contract manufacturers. This may be adjusted before launch — reserved spots will be notified of any change.
Both options are planned. You'll be able to bring a complete formula spec, or start from a stock base and customize flavor, sweetener, and active ingredient levels from there.
We're targeting production capability in the coming months. Reserving a spot now does not commit you to an order — it lets us plan capacity and reach out with a firm date as launch approaches.
Yes — FDA facility registration and cGMP-aligned procedures are required steps in our build-out, and we will not accept a production run before they're in place. We are not registered or certified as of today.
Product format, target unit count, and your formula status, if you have one. The form below covers everything we need — no payment or commitment required.
