American Filling Company does not currently operate an active manufacturing facility, hold any product certifications, or accept binding production orders. Statements about planned capabilities, timelines, formats, and compliance steps describe our intended future operations and are not representations of current capability.
Production reservations
- Submitting the reservation form expresses interest in future production capacity and does not create a contract, purchase order, or obligation on either party.
- No payment is collected or required through this Site.
- We may contact you using the information you provide to discuss your reservation as our launch timeline progresses.
- We make no guarantee regarding launch date, available capacity, or final pricing at the time of reservation.
No professional or regulatory advice

Changes to these terms
These terms will be updated as American Filling Company moves from pre-production into active manufacturing, at which point separate manufacturing agreements will govern actual production orders.
